Subscription covers the platform. Credits are pay-as-you-go for model usage with a 10% infra surcharge. Per-model pricing is visible in your workspace's Models settings.
Questions, answered.
- What do Nebula Credits cover?
- Nebula models, voice, devices, and basic tools like web search and email. They refresh every month. Third-party models and external tools such as media generation and browsing bill Tool Credits, which you top up separately.
- What happens when I run out?
- Nebula asks you to top up or subscribe before it spends more, so nothing runs up a bill you did not expect. Turn on auto top-up and it refills on its own whenever the balance runs low.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from your workspace's Billing settings. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Cancel anytime.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Pay as you go needs no card, and neither does inviting your first two teammates. You add a card when you subscribe or top up.
- How are teammates billed?
- Your first 2 teammates are free on every plan. Beyond that, each seat is $15 a month, prorated to the day you add it, and the charge drops as soon as a member is removed.
- How do cloud devices bill?
- By the hour, only while a device is running, from $0.025 an hour. Device hours draw on your Nebula Credits first. Read about devices
- Where do I see what each model costs?
- In your workspace's Models settings, next to each model. Credits are pay-as-you-go for model usage with a 10% infra surcharge. Read about models
- Are calls included?
- Nebula Live voice calls are an add-on, billed per active minute so you pay only while the agent is speaking or listening. Read about calls
