A polished 30-60 second launch video from a one-paragraph product brief, ready to post to socials

A video production pipeline that takes a product brief and produces a 30-60 second launch video. A director agent plans a beat board with text zones (reserving 1/3 of each frame for legible typography), scene descriptions, and camera anchoring. Each scene is generated as a hero image then animated to video via Veo 3.1 Fast. Separately, a design agent creates animated motion graphics overlays using GSAP — titles, callouts, and CTAs. The final MP4 is composited together with background music and sound effects using ffmpeg. The result is a YouTube-ready launch video that looks like a professional product teaser, not an AI demo.

How it works

TriggerTriggered with a product brief and optional reference images

    Agent

Director plans the beat board and text zones

Take the product brief and plan 4-6 beats (shots). For each beat, define:
    - **Scene description**: what the viewer sees (product from above, hands typing, interface full-screen)
    - **Camera**: lens, movement, angle (e.g. '50mm macro, slow push-in, low angle')
    - **Text zone**: explicit 1/3 of the frame reserved for typography overlays — use natural negative space (a plain wall, an empty desk, sky) as the contrast zone
    - **Mood**: lighting and color palette per beat
    - **Duration**: 5-10 seconds per beat for a 30-60 second total

Generate hero images for each beat

For each beat, generate a high-quality hero image using image generation — product photography style, believable lighting, real-world imperfections (grain, halation, a crumb on the desk). These serve as the input frames for video generation.

Animate each scene to video with Veo 3.1

Send each hero image through Veo 3.1 Fast with a prompt that preserves the text zone, camera movement, and scene continuity. Each clip comes back as a 5-10 second MP4 segment.

    Design motion graphics overlays

Create animated typography and callout overlays using GSAP: product name reveal, feature callouts, tagline, and CTA. Each overlay is an HTML+CSS animation rendered as a transparent-bottom clip. Match the brand typography and color palette.

    Tool

    Composite final video with ffmpeg

Sequence all video clips, overlay the motion graphics on their assigned text zones, add background music and sound effects, apply color grading for consistency, and render as a single 30-60s MP4 at 1080p 30fps.
