A single morning brief covering your calendar, priority emails, overdue tasks, and industry news
A personal daily briefing that acts as your executive assistant. Every morning, it pulls your calendar for the day, scans your inbox for emails needing a reply, checks your project management tools for overdue tasks, and gathers the top news in your industry. A synthesis agent compiles everything into a single, scannable briefing: what's on your plate today, what can't wait, and what's happening in your world. The briefing lands in your Slack DMs or inbox so you start the day with full context and zero digging.

Pull calendar, email, and task data
Pull today's calendar events (time, title, attendees, location/link). Scan the inbox for unread emails from the last 24 hours, flagging any that appear to need a reply or action. Pull overdue and due-today tasks from your project management tools (Linear, Notion, etc.).

Gather top industry news
Search for the top 3-5 news items relevant to your industry and role. Prioritize items that could impact your meetings or decisions today. Include a one-line summary and source link for each.

Synthesize the morning briefing
Compile a concise, scannable briefing with four sections: - **Today's schedule**: your meetings in chronological order with a one-line prep note for each external meeting - **Inbox triage**: emails flagged as needing action, sorted by urgency, with a suggested reply or action for each - **Task radar**: overdue and due-today tasks, with the top 3 you should tackle first - **Morning read**: the top industry news items with one-line summaries Keep the whole briefing under 400 words. Your tone is direct and helpful, like a skilled chief of staff.
