    Gather this week's content:
    - Your latest blog posts, changelog entries, and product updates
    - 2-3 high-quality external links relevant to your audience
    - Any upcoming events, webinars, or launches to promote
    
    Draft the newsletter in your brand voice with: a subject line, a personal intro, 3-4 content blocks (each with a headline, one-sentence summary, and link), and a CTA. Keep it under 500 words.

    Post draft to #content-review on Slack

    Post the full newsletter draft to #content-review with the subject line, body, and link list. Include Approve and Revise action buttons. Note the scheduled send time.

    Wait for human approval

    Monitor the review post for an explicit approval. If the reviewer requests changes, feed the feedback back to the writer agent for revision and re-post. Time out after 24 hours and escalate to the marketing lead.

    Send the approved newsletter to your subscriber list via your connected email platform. Log the send with the subject line, send time, and subscriber count.
